So, today we headed to Dunedin, a two hour drive, to watch the Blue Jays spring training game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
But first we had to attend a safety training class.
And then we got seated.
We were in time to watch the Pirates batting practice.
Hazel Mae was there.
....and so was Ace.
They even had a WestJet Flight Deck, somewhat scaled down from the one at the Rogers Centre.
Our new first baseman, Joe Panik, hit an early home run and we had the lead when our veterans were replaced by the no-names in the middle of the game.
But things went severely downhill from there as you can see from the final score.
Next, it was off to Madeira Beach for a nostalgia trip for Maureen and Mardi to see where they had stayed (Maureen was a part owner of the condo) and then headed to John's Pass Village to have dinner.
I even danced with my date!
And then we had a two hour drive home.
To make sure the ladies had a complete day, Matt and I let them win the deciding hand of Skip-Bo tonight. What gentlemen!
Tomorrow will be a golfing day.

Don't see any photos of your dancing with a date?
