Picked up my van this morning - with it's repaired hood. Looks good. According to the paperwork somebody was charged just over $900 for the work. Not me - it was covered under warranty.
Next step is to get the hood rustproofed to delay a repeat problem.

Then I headed to the greenhouse. Did my watering before David and I left for our golf game at Whirlpool in Niagara.
Here are the four pairings. Ron and Matt, the opponents of Sven and yours truly.

We eventually won our annual challenge match after toying with Ron and Matt for a few holes. Finished up three holes with just one to play.
Al and David were just out for a good time.
And the final twosome was Sandro and Calvin.
This had to be the hottest day of the year! We were totally whipped at the end.
After golf we ended up at the Niagara-On-The-Lake course patio for a bite to eat, (with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario according to our waitress Selena, who confirmed that the Niagara River was not adjacent to the patio - which peeved my partner somewhat).
