Today I realized that golf is not a sport. It's a penance - voluntary self-punishment inflicted as an outward expression of repentance for having done wrong. And the way I have been playing, I apparently have done a lot of wrong lately. If it wasn't for the enjoyment of spending tiome with good friends (and Al) I'd give the game up for good! ----------------------- Hopefully, I will have a more positive outlook tomorrow. Stay well.
