Today was set aside for a day at Universal. After breakfast at the hotel we headed into L.A. traffic, but just for about 20 minutes this time.
Of course we got the red carpet treatment.
First off, we took the Studio Tour.
We toured the back lots
When we passed the replica Mexican village we were just in time to see a flash flood.
We also met Jaws, but I couldn't get a picture of him attacking the ladies.
The Grinch stole Christmas here.

We also went through a couple of 3D buildings showing King Kong and Fast and Furious,but photos were not allowed (and would have been pretty meaningless anyway).
Following the tour we became Minions in the 4D show "Despicable Me" where we were attacked by 3D objects, "spiders" under our seats, and had water squirted at us,
Lunch included a Minions Cupcake (shared between Sarah-Jean and Reggie despite showing up in both their photos).
We also watched Shrek - The Kingdom of Far Far Away, despite the warnings:
The ladies took the Jurassic Park water ride. Second to last row: Reggie on the left, then Sarah-Jean and Mardi. They were lucky - the ride was shut down two boats later.
Sarah-Jean and Reggie went on the Revenge of the Mummy ride twice. I stayed outside and took pictures.
All in all, a pretty fine day!
Tomorrow we plan to revisit the Walk of Stars and then head for Santa Monica before turning north to Pismo Beach.
