The rain, that had mainly avoided us here yesterday, apparently hit Trillium Hill with a vengeance. The mulch was washed out of several gardens and the ground was a swamp.
I raked as much mulch as I could back into the gardens, but then called it quits. Didn't bring my bathing suit!

The Junior League of Hamilton-Burlington is supporting girls who have escaped from sex trafficking. They are being given backpacks, filled with essential items, to help them move on in their recovery.
Mardi's business has donated the backpacks, and she and Monica have supplied toques as part of the package.
