 Birthday greetings go out today to my grandson Yancy, and to Mardi's great nephew Jonah.  All the best to both.

Had a nice lunch today with Mardi and friends Jo-Anne and Doug, at Mezzaluna Cafe, located in the industrial area on Arvin Avenue.

Great food.  We'll be back there in the future.

Other than that, no real news, so I'll simply bore you with pictures of two multi-sport athletes who played Quoits yesterday.
